Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
- We Offer Free Shipping anywhere after an actual minimum spend of 160$ (Shipping to Kuwait).
- We don’t offer Pickup orders.
- Bulk orders will require shipping fees to be charge to purchaser.
- All International orders are subject to duty tax and import fees owed by the purchaser.
- We provide express delivery service via DHL or Aramex for GCC customers.
Cancellation:
- all transactions come with a processing fee outside of our control and this fee will be deducted for your refund.
- Fees are controlled by the processing company not FoxCamp.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your funds to appear back into your account.
- Please use our What’s App number (+96560090603) to cancel your order.
Shipping Agent & Timing:
- For Kuwaiti customers (within 24 hours) and for Subah Al-Ahmad & Ali Al-Sabah Al-Salem (within 48 Hours).
- For GCC customers (within 5 days) by DHL or Aramex.
Shipping Damage & Wrong Items:
- For damage Item or shipment, we ask that you contact with us within 24 hours of the packages arrival at our contact page or our number.
- Please provide a detail description of the damage and how the package was received, pictures will be requested on our follow up What’sApp number as we work toward a solution.
- If you received wrong item, we ask that you make contact with us within 24 hours of the packages arrival at our What’sApp number.
Delays: . Unfortunately, delays do occur. Once the item has left our facility, delays are out of our control.

Returns:
- We offer a no-hassle 14 day return policy on all orders and the only thing we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition (unused, and in the original packaging).
- Shipping charges for returned shipments are paid by the customer.
- Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you or refund your money. (fee will be deducted for your refund.)
